Where do the limits start?

Today I was having a discussion with my good friend about our relationships with family, friends and people in general.  We were discussing ways in which we could improve the quality of our relationships. We realized we need to work on our personal boundaries.

Personal boundaries are a very important part of one’s life. Unfortunately, many people do not start to learn or understand about them early enough. Most times we only discover their importance after we have already experienced many problems in our relationships.

It is these boundaries that keep us safe and give us a healthy environment in which we can grow strong, healthy and sustainable relationships.
Think of boundaries like a fence around your property.
This fence allows you to keep out unwanted visitors and to allow in only the people you welcome to your home.
Without the fence our property can become chaotic and unmanageable
Healthy boundaries allow us to pick and choose who we have in our lives and help us to avoid unhealthy relationships.
Boundaries allow us to safeguard our lives. With them we can choose to allow in people who treat us well and contribute to our emotional wellbeing, and keep out the people who take and rob us of our resources and happiness.

it is important to think about what kind of people we want to allow in our lives? We get to make a choice and in order to choose wisely we need to be aware of what we want and what makes us happy.
It is much easier to build healthy relationships based on boundaries than to try and repair unhealthy toxic relationships we have built without them?

Why paper money is a lie?

Governments have the ability to print more money whenever they desire. When they print more money the money that people have worked for or have saved becomes less valuable, this is called currency devaluation.  As a result of the creation of more paper money inflation occurs. This is when the price of real goods increases because the buying power of the dollar has lost value. People have accepted this as normal but in reality the price of goods compared to currency never has to change. When the governments print more money the costs of goods and services increase and now people have to work harder in order to buy the same quantity of goods. Allowing a government the ability to print money at will is allowing them to have complete control over the people without limits. Over the years paper money always loses its value compared to gold or silver.  When Governments print paper money unrestrained it can cause such rapid inflation that a country can become ...

Masks of people s.21

Today I want to talk about the subject of masks. Why do we hide behind them? Why do we hide our true selves from the  world ?   I would like to invite you to try and figure out why people hide their fears inside instead of trying to deal with them, and what are the  feelings  or reasons behind this?  When people put on a mask we can say the anonymity it provides encourages them to do things they might not normally do? So there is something about it that gives the wearer protection.  But living behind a mask leads to the person suffering or  feeling  alone or unconnected to other people. Sometimes people forget they are wearing a mask and they lose their authentic selves.  They never take it off and underneath they are feeling that no one knows the real them and they feel alone and isolated.     Many of us in the past have experienced this like an internal struggle, where our real world is hidden under the mask. When...
